At Doviba, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window with free return shipping.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Fill out our Cancel And Return Product Form with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
- Once approved, a free reverse pickup will be scheduled.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned product is picked up and verified by our courier partner.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund.
You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund is successfully processed.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at any time by filling this form.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Currently, all products sold on Doviba are eligible for return, provided they meet the return conditions.
