Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The item must not be damaged or show signs of wear.

To start a return:

• Fill out our Cancel And Return Product Form with your order number and reason for return.
• Our support team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
• Once approved, a free reverse pickup will be scheduled.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned product is picked up and verified by our courier partner.

• For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund.

You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund is successfully processed.
